Our client is a global health organisation seeking customer service call centre staff with an interest in mental health to work within their Melbourne CBD office.

Our client is a leading provider of wellbeing solutions and services backed by a global company providing support to people all over the world. Their range of services include Employee Assistance Programs and Wellbeing and Organisational solutions.


Our client is seeking call centre staff to work within their Melbourne CBD office.

If successful you would be responsible for requests from clients wishing to access counselling and other related well-being services.

Contact Centre delivers a high quality and efficient service through the best operational, technical and service delivery by:

  • Assisting clients with service requests for appointments, support and information in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintaining and applying the organisational values
  • Completing allocated tasks and projects assigned by the team leader
  • Accurately entering, updating and maintaining client information on the OCMS database system.
  • Ensuring all complaints/issues are undertaken according to the Business Improvement Client Management (BICM) system guidelines and processes.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance

You would be working in a friendly team environment as part of the National Team.

Monday - Friday. Rotating shift between 8am - 6pm and able to do full time hours.


To be a successful candidate you will possess the following skills -

  • Must have previous contact centre experience and interest in mental health looked upon favourably
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to keep calm in a high pressure environment
  • An interest in health and the community
  • Must have NO working restrictions or holiday working visas as full flexibility is required as this role could be extended for a period longer than 6 months.
