Job Description

As human resources business partner you will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle and the provision of strategic and operational advice to support leaders and employees.

  • Partner with group leadership team to deliver the strategic business plan
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the managing director and head of operations to develop and implement the people plan
  • Design and facilitate the delivery of bespoke strategies to drive business performance and employee engagement
  • Provide solution-oriented advice where required
  • Coach and influence business stakeholders on effective strategies to manage people issues
  • Develop leadership capability; providing coaching and acting as an advocate for broader leadership development programs
  • Provide advice and guidance on hr policies and practices
  • Roll out core people initiatives and processes including performance management, remuneration reviews, team development, rewards & recognition
  • Support and execute organisation and people transition plans for effective change
  • Advise on appropriate performance related reward solutions to embed a high performance culture
  • Champion employee engagement and drive business aligned leadership actions to improve the employee experience
  • Execute the talent, succession and development strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant and proven HR partnering experience in a professional services environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
  • The ability when necessary to move between thinking strategically to acting operationally
  • Experience in developing and delivering coaching and development activities through the employment lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong, productive and engaging relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound knowledge of human resources current trends and practices
  • Demonstrated commercial and business acumen in designing and influencing people investment
  • Ability to drive influence, guide and bring about change in a fast paced environment;
  • Success in working as part of a high performing team
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
