The Company
Located in the South East of Melbourne, my client provides a wide range of support services to Retailers throughout Melbourne and ANZ. They take an innovative, person and family centred approach in providing targeted, outcomes-based services.

The Role
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Knowledge of award
  • Knowledge, undertaking and monitoring employee compliance and performance obligations.
  • Providing advice to employees on interpretation of employment related legislation; and
  • Providing administrative support such as the organisation of staff meetings, coordination of orientation, training etc…

Your Profile
To be eligible for this role, you will be experienced in Human resource administration. You will be well presented, have a strong work ethic and possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have experience and be available to commence the project from start to finish and be excited about an opportunity to further develop these skills.

  • Available immediately to interview and commence
  • Available Monday - Friday 9.00am- 5.00pm with the flexibility of additional hours if required
