This is a paid internship which can either be a full time 8-week internship or a part-time internship to fit around your ongoing studies.

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for two interns to join the Behavioral Science team at AIA Australia. This will be a great opportunity to learn about how behavioral insights are applied within an organization and to design and run behavioral science trials - both in the lab and real world.

This paid internship opportunity is offered as either a full-time 8- week internship or a part-time internship to work around your ongoing studies. Ideally, this would be for 2-3 days per week but there is flexibility and other arrangements will be considered, please specify your request when submitting your application.

To do this successfully you will:
Review behavioral science training programs and make recommendations for delivering an organization wide behavioral insights training program
Conduct literature reviews on topics such as financial well- being and insurance; decision making in a digital environment and behavior change for health and retirement decisions
Designing and implement experiments
Review and develop a framework for the best way to build behavioral insights into product design
Tracking and preparing presentations with behavioral science E case studies
Scope consultancies and academics applying behavioral science in the Australian market
Support in pulling together training and behavioral science communication materials in PowerPoint and Confluence

Successful applications will demonstrate:
Studying or completed their studies in behavioral science or relevant fields
Additional qualifications in health psychology, social psychology health economics or decision science is highly desirable
Knowledge and experience in designing Randomised control studies
Experience using PowerPoint and Excel essential experience
