The opportunity

In your role as a Campus Recruitment Manager you'll be the Recruitment Lead for a Service Line, provide team management support and manage an early Identification Program.

Your key responsibilities

Campus Service line Lead:
Liaise with SL Stake Holders to collate hiring numbers
Activate national campus strategy within service line - adhering to consistent policies and processes. Escalation point for business and campus team queries for relevant SL
Team and operations management within a state(s)
Drive Campaign planning and execution for SL, manage pipelines, ensure effective attraction strategies, hiring targets are met and meet KPIs around Gender/Time to hire
Approve offers and contracts and track hiring numbers for SL.
Team coaching and management
Onboarding, training and coaching staff members in your allocated state(s)
Responsible for planning and execution of Campus strategy, Events and programs
Overseeing workload and resource
Lead by example and support delivery where required.
Counselling duties
Early Identification Program Management
Centrally executing an Early ID Program (GGC, CCP, Vac)
Leveraging the coordinators to plan and schedule logistics and send out comms
Working with the local recruiters to identify facilitators
Program reporting, accountable for ROI, pipelining and KIT activities

Skills and attributes for success

Degree qualified with previous experience in high volume recruitment support
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships and lead a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast pace high volume environment.
A passion for campus recruitment.
You will be required to flex hours in busy periods and be available for occasional evening events.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast pace, complex environment.
Ability to be agile and support teams remotely in other locations.
