Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will drive the sales and profit of the online store, delivering a best in class digital customer experience onsite across merchandise, trade and fulfilment.

In addition, this role will support the Digital Manager across paid and owned digital marketing channels to optimise traffic to the website, maximise commercial outcomes onsite and drive return on marketing investment.

Key responsibilities will include:
Manage sales and trade of the online store
Mentor, lead and support two Digital Operations Coordinators including build internal process and develop team capability
Lead commercialisation and trade optimisation, identifying opportunities to evolve and improve online sales, profit & CX
Oversee and manage the execution of merchandise & marketing plans on the website
Deliver all reporting & insights in relation to online trade & website performance - daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally & yearly
Work with marketing & merchandise teams to develop an online trade calendar, including marketing channel communications and promotions to support growth and achievement of targets
Drive online merchandise performance & stock analysis, working closely with the merchandise planning team to maximise opportunities
Support customer care with queries to deliver service to the highest standards to mitigate the loss of sales & ensure customer retention
Use online KPIs to identify areas of improvement & strategic opportunities for the business
Identify, drive and coordinate implementation of site improvements working closely with internal & external stakeholders to drive online performance
Identify and rectify existing website issues that could be inhibiting online performance, customer acquisition & retention
Support the Digital Manager with traffic driving initiatives and digital marketing activity across owned & paid channels
Input into the strategy & delivery of digital marketing initiatives to maximise commercial outcomes & return on investment
Work with third parties where required to deliver traffic driving initiatives & digital marketing activity
Implement the use of technology to streamline operations and create greater efficiencies for the digital operations team
Support the Digital Manager with the delivery of all Brand & Group digital projects & initiatives

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Significant experience operating an ecommerce business and working across digital operations and/or digital marketing
Demonstrated experience working with technical vendors, fulfilment partners and commerce partners to achieve online success
Demonstrated experience in merchandise planning, analysis & reporting, supply chain / logistics and customer experience
Strong leadership & capability development skills
Solid technical understanding of website development and search engine optimisation
