OFFICE LOCATION: South Division - location negotiable


The Senior Adviser position is based in the South Directorate team. The team provides divisional oversight and coordination of children and family services projects and initiatives.

The Senior Adviser role provides strategic oversight of priority reforms, including the implementation of the Family Violence service model, and changes to the provision of crisis responses. The refuge redevelopment and crisis response model are complementary reforms relevant to the family violence sector and are supported by the role.

This position will work across South Operations Division, including support to Areas, to implement reform and service improvements in the planning and delivery of family violence. From time to time the position may be required to work with health and human services, including children and family services, where these intersect with the family violence reform work.
