Construction Bookkeeper / Administration required for a well-established Commercial & Residential Builder based in Mulgrave. Required is a team player that is systems and process driven that is looking for a long-term role.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Efficient running of the office providing administrative support to the Construction Team

- Payroll for employees and sub-contractors

- Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable as well as debtors

- Coordination of staff for: Sick leave , annual leave and staff inductions

- Preparation of cost reports

- Implementing improvements to procedures and policies

- Assisting with office ad hoc requirements

Required Experience:

- Experience in a similar role in the construction industry advantageous

- Bookkeeping experience is essential

- Experience with Xero or MYOB software
