Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

With employment opportunities that range from the vine to the glass, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our credit team team at Reynella on a full time basis.

This role is a functional in-country specialist, able to provide on-ground support for the offshore team through a combination of critical local knowledge and hands on resolution of operational issues. You will be responsible for effective management, analysis and problem resolution of the company’s outstanding accounts and the application of payments.

About the role – Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the Global Process Lead – Accounts Receivable, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for effective management , analysis and problem resolution of the company’s outstanding accounts.

Key tasks of the role include:

• Supporting credit controllers in meeting targets for the region.

• Assist the process lead on developing strategic direction and process improvements.

• Be point of escalation for onshore and offshore processing teams with credit collections and claims queries.

• Build relationships across functions, working with sales teams and treasury departments to maintain a robust cash forecasting regime.

• Prepare supporting documentation for bad debts and write offs

• Work closely with trade finance to ensure regions risk profile is within credit policy criteria.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Ability to coach and mentor a team

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Experience working within a changing environment

Although not essential, ICM experience will be highly regarded.
