The Opportunity


We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on, billing Manager to take over an established desk and further build our practice. Based in our Melbourne CBD office, we want someone who is a proven billing manager.

We have been recruiting in this space for many years so there are plenty of opportunities for you and your future team to leverage. You will also be ably supported by our friendly Melbourne CBD head office team i.e. MD, COO, CFO, shared admin and reception services, IT systems and marketing.

To be successful you will need


  • A proven track record of success in Business Support, Accounting & Finance and/or executive recruitment as well as building and managing teams in a recruitment agency environment.
  • The ability to attract and retain high–performing recruiters into your team.
  • A track record of hands-on billing-while-managing and exceeding personal and team billings sales targets.
  • Proficiency in the use of the latest recruitment technologies and methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and retained search and selection.
  • A passion for customer service and maintaining a prominent personal and profession brand in the marketplace.
  • High level of IQ and EQ.
