The right candidate will have a strong mix of technical and account management skills who can help our customers achieve their business objectives while maximizing our revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring our daily service is delivered with quality to your clients through monitoring and analysis of live applications and data

- Technical configuration of the application to support collection strategy and contact strategy changes

- Management and triage of applications issues as they arise working with offshore teams and vendor teams to resolve

- Implementation and testing of champion challenger initiatives so support account roadmap

- Produce key metric monitoring and reporting, providing operational insights and best practice performance recommendations on application tuning

- Provide Account Management and Subject Matter support to clients regarding domain and application best practice

- Working with global teams; help desk operations and project delivery team to ensure client service is delivered to quality and supporting these teams through any issues

- Manage the roadmap of account initiatives, tracking and reporting both internally and externally

- Measure and track performance of collections strategies

- Investigate and document client requests for change, working with our delivery team to ensure they are being delivered rapidly and to the client satisfaction

- Extensive relationship building with clients teams at various levels from day to day technical and operational staff to department leaders

Desired Experience & Skills

- Experience in a technical consultancy role as a vendor delivering software solutions to tier one organizations

- Experience working across 5-10 different customer accounts concurrently

- Recent experience performing implementation work be that code development or SaaS system configuration

- Must have strong technical knowledge and a computing science background, this is a hands on technical role

- Extensive experience working as a software engineer performing customer implementations

- Experience in Banking, collections, risk, analytics or CRM is a bonus

- Experience in cloud based solutions a bonus


The Technical Account Manager is expected to travel to meet with clients weekly throughout Australia. This will normally involve short trips or day trips. Face to face time with clients is seen as key to building strong relationships.
