An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Communications Adviser to develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to support Infrastructure Victoria's development of Victoria's 30-year infrastructure strategy, leading the delivery of communications and engagement materials and providing expert advice to senior stakeholders.

Infrastructure Victoria is an independent statutory authority which provides expert advice and guides decision-making on Victoria's infrastructure needs and priorities.

The Senior Communications Adviser will develop and implement communications and engagement strategies supporting Infrastructure Victoria's work, particularly advancement of Victoria's 30-year infrastructure strategy. The successful candidate will deliver high quality communications services and written materials suited to both the channel and audience, and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders within the organisation. This is a fixed term opportunity with potential for extension.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years communications experience in the public or private sectors, with experience in government preferred. You will also have demonstrated ability in leading the development and implementation of communications strategies and be able to support project delivery though rigorous production scheduling and project management. Qualifications in communications, public relations, community engagement or journalism, as well as experience in infrastructure related sectors, would all be highly regarded.
