Your new company

My client is positioned as one of the builders of choice in Melbourne's Commercial Construction market. With over 20 years of being in business, they have been delivering a variety of boutique, high end projects which include Ultra-Luxury Apartments, Townhouses, as well as a string of commercially diverse projects up to $40M.

Due to a string of recently won projects, they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to work on up and coming projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
• Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.

• Proven track record in delivering either commercial and high-end Apartment projects within Australia to the highest level as a leading Project Manager.
• Ambition to commit to the business for the long haul.

• Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction.
• Outstanding presentation, leadership and communication skills.
• A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
• An attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive and solutions focused.
