Immediate start for casual Post Tension work, on various commercial projects in Melbourne
Your new company
This client is one of Australia's leading construction, maintenance and mining contractors, delivering projects with absolute precision and a strong focus on systems, processes and safety standards.
One area of their building division is post tension, where they are currently looking to take on a flexible work force to keep up with new projects starting.
Your new role
Working on a variety of EBA sites across Melbourne, as a Post Tension Labourer, there are a number of tasks you will be required to undertake eg:
- Measure and cut ducts
- Lay ducts
- Push cable
- Set up the coil
- Onioning
- Cut and seal
- Grouting/operating grout pump
- Initial stress, full stress
- Tying down chairs
- All other general PT work
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 year's experience doing post tension work, on commercial sites, as well as:
- All relevant tickets
- Ability to interpret plans
- Toolbelt and tools eg. nips, reel etc
- Supporting references
- Reliable transport
What you'll get in return
