Your new company
This State Government organisation located in Ballarat is seeking customer service focused individuals to work in their busy call centre. Due to the continual busy environment, positions have become available for experienced and bubbly customer service professionals to join their evolving workforce, ahead of their big move to the Ballarat GovHub in 2021.

Your new role
You will be pivotal in creating positive experiences for our customers across Victoria. Every engagement you have with customers will have a direct impact on hundred's of Victorian's. You will embrace challenges, change and are passionate about making a positive impact in a dynamic environment.

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Answering queries, managing complaints, resolving any issues
  • Familiarity in working to KPI's regularly and achieving these
  • Providing quality service on every encounter
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Experience working in call centre environment is highly regarded, but not essential

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a genuine desire to help people and have previous customer service experience. You must have excellent attention to detail as there is a large component of administration in this role, competency in IT is imperative as you will be moving between programs and screens.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
  • Display resilience, integrity and reliability

There is a requirement for successful applicants to be able to work 20-38 hours over 5 days between the hours of 8am - 6pm, with the occasional Saturday shift between 8.30am -12.30pm.
