JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking temporary Receptionists / Administrators to assist with a variety of short term assignments.
Your new company
Due to an increase in market conditions we have seen a high volume of temporary Receptionist and Administration assignments become available. With the majority of companies in the CBD or inner suburbs you will get the chance to explore new companies and gain valuable experience.
Your new role
Your new roles will differ in scope and length. They will include, but are not limited to the following duties
- Answering phones, booking meeting rooms, managing schedules
- Responding to and drafting responses to emails and other correspondence
- Data entry including entering invoices and accounts
- Archiving, filing and printing
- Managing a switchboard
- Welcoming clients and suppliers as the face of the company
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you must have relevant experience ideally within Administration and Reception and have:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- High attention to detail
- Strong technical skills with MS Office (Skills testing will be conducted)
- Flexibility with your availability and a keen attitude to work
