Your new company
For over 50 years, this well-established commercial builder have successfully showcased their expertise across a diverse range of commercial projects circa $40M. They are known in the industry for their high level of professionalism and commitment to innovation. A position is now available for an Estimator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Evaluate and advise costs and estimates on commercial projects and alternative proposals
• Analyse tenders with subcontractors
• Detailed construction estimating
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost analysis
• Prepare tender submissions and take-offs
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders such as suppliers and subcontractors
• Reporting into the Estimating Manager

• Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction
• Proven experience in an Estimator role with a Melbourne based commercial builder
• A strong ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and subcontractors
• An attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive, and solutions focused
• Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills
