Seeking a Customer Service Professional to join a well respected organisation

This a well-known organisation, that is highly respected in their market. They offer a world class working environment and due market growth a permanent Customer Service representative opportunity has become available.
Your new role
The aim of your role will be to deliver a high level of customer service as well as clients, to external and internal customers, to ensure processing-related activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner & to contribute to a positive team culture and enjoyable working environment. On a day to day basis you will:
- Process incoming customer sales orders via fax, phone and email whilst providing high level customer service
- Face to face customer service
- Be able to do basis administration tasks
- Upselling and cross selling
- Continually increase product knowledge and understanding of the wider product range
- Develop strong relationships with customers and clients (internal and external), as well as with key suppliers.
- Ensure any customer complaints and disputes are managed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a smooth, accurate and timely flow of sales orders and related documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Phone based experience
- Basic sales experience
- Experience in customer service as well as, basis administration and data entry
- Computer literacy – high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and JDE
