Your new company
Your new company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in inner city Melbourne, over the last 5 years they have been extremely passionate about providing outstanding creative courses. They are well-known in their space and have goals to expand further in 2021.
Your new role
In your new role as a Course Advisor, you will discuss students’ goals and aspirations, inspire and motivate them to develop themselves and using a consultative approach match their needs to relevant courses. Daily you will be:
- Taking high volume phone calls from potential students (inbound and outbound)
- Meeting with potential students face to face
- Engaging with potential students, building relationships & following up
- Provide sound and accurate information on courses available
- Securing enrollments with a consultative sales approach
- Follow ups on students you have pervious enrolled to maintain high retention rates
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous consultative sales experience – people able to effective articulate how you have been successful in the past
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Exceptional phones skills in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a contact centre environment or high-volume phone handing (both inbound & outbound)
- Be self-motivated, goal orientated with a sense of resilience
