Your new role
As an Administrator/ Allocator you will be responsible for:

  • Taking customer orders over the phone and via email
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Allocate trucks for orders, coordinating pick up and delivery
  • Liaising with a variety of contractors
  • Entering accurate information into the system
  • Other general administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience with allocating, this could be in the construction, transport or logistics industry
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration experience
  • Be comfortable working autonomously
  • Be available to start January 11th
