Your new role

• Site Management of projects ranging between $1M and $15M
• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S quality standards are met on site
• Coordinating trades and working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

• You MUST have experience in a Site Manager role for a Commercial builder in the local Melbourne market
• Experience in the delivery of Aged Care projects in excess of $2M is essential for this role
• Trade qualifications in building
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic
