Your new company
Dealing with civil matters or tenancy complaints as part of the Human Rights/Guardianship team.
Working within the Service Team, this role delivers front line services to users, parties in cases and external service providers. Duties include answering user enquiries across a wide range of service channels, predominantly via an inbound call centre, in addition to performing a range of associated administrative functions.
Your new role
- Provide assistance to users in accordance with service and quality standards.
- Identify user needs and answer enquiries in a professional, prompt and effective manner.
- Refer or escalate complex enquiries as required (including referral to external agencies for support and advice).
- Support effective and efficient operations through the completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Proactively undertake service development opportunities aligned to performance, learning and development plans as well as the implementation of service improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Clear communication skills and previous experience dealing with difficult conversations or sensitive subject matters
- Empathetic and resilient nature
- Previous experience working in the disability sector or social care background would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working in a high volume Contact Center environment.
