This dynamic and growing Property Consultancy has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who loves to organise senior staff members. They offer a dynamic work environment and a role filled with variety and constant action, you will never experience a dull moment. This nationally recognised company has won multiple projects and is expanding their support team and seeking an efficient Executive Assistant to support a senior Director.

Your new role
As a respected and integral part of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to continuously optimise the time and efficiency of your Director and wider executive team. You will be responsible for professionally interacting and communicating with stakeholders within and outside of the company, and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic support to the Director
  • Complex diary and email management, comfortably scheduling meetings and responding to emails on their behalf
  • Maintain project portfolio
  • Prepare board reports, communication packs and other documents by liaising with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring information is reviewed ahead of time
  • Research and manage all travel bookings and accommodation arrangement

What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will anticipate the needs of the executive team, work flexibly to accommodate schedules and effectively manage information flow in an ever-changing environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and work with a high level of autonomy. You will also have:
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within Construction
  • Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – tactful, precise and honest
  • Ability to identify and improve processes
  • Strong work ethic and focus on providing solutions when faced with problems
  • Remain calm under pressure, but have a sense of urgency
