Casual – 8 hours per week

Always Belle Photography is a specialised newborn and baby photography studio located in Eaglemont servicing Melbourne and its surrounds.

We are seeking a casual Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a truly flexible role which would suit someone who can work from their home office during the day and on evenings to communicate and answer questions from our wonderful customers. You must also be able to work in our Eaglemont studio at least once a fortnight.

Some of the tasks involved include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service dealing with new and existing clients questions and enquiries mainly via email and telephone.
  • Provide information around the services and product offerings of Always Belle Photography.
  • Follow up with customers who have been emailed and establish customer needs.
  • Schedule and plan pre session consultations via zoom.
  • Manage bookings for face to face consults.
  • Prepare notes for zoom consult so that consult is targeted to customer needs.
  • Organise quotes and follow through with payment requests.
  • Process session fees through square over zoom.
  • When required attend the office to coordinate and carry out office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Undertake tasks such as managing social media, preparing client newsletters etc.

You will be someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service administration role essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Proficient in using web-based meetings tools such as zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Friendly and customer focused manner.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to use initiative.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as required.

This is a truly unique role in that you will be self-managing your time when the work needs to be done. The casual pay rate for this role is around $29 per hour.
