Your new role
This role will be supporting the professional team of PA’s, Partners and Principals within the consulting group. You will work closely with a small team of Personal Assistant’s focusing on the completion of administrative & secretarial tasks for both the PA and their Partners/Principal. Key responsibilities will include

  • Answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients etc.
  • Organisation of travel and accommodation.
  • Format documents including letters and reports for the Partners.
  • Attend meetings, taking notes/minutes and follow up on action items.
  • General administration duties including faxing, photocopying, arranging couriers, printing/binding, filing and distributing mail.
  • Awareness and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential material.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience gained within a fast-paced professional environment
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst working under the pressure of deadlines and multitasking
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills – must be MS Office proficient
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
