OLM is a boutique contact centre that specialises in developing ridiculously effective techniques for creating a clear path to attracting and engaging prospective customers. Our core business model relates to returning customers to their previous purchasing place and encouraging business growth.

OLM streamline customer enquiries to the appointment or booking stage and maximise every customer contact opportunity. We pride ourselves on maintaining database integrity, refining the customer touch point plan and delivering qualified customers and prospects to our clients.

We are looking for a customer focused, enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team with full time, part time and casual opportunities available. The job entails a mixture of work, always changing from day to day due to the different and changing requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- making outbound warm/relationship calls

- lead qualification, generation and management

- providing exceptional customer service at all times

- rapport building and customer engagement

- appointment setting/booking

- updating customer contact details

- assisting any customer complaints in an efficient manner (although minimal)

- process calls in an efficient manner meeting KPIs

- ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
