ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to expand our Site Services team in Melbourne, on a Casual basis. We are looking for someone looking to diversify their experience, as well as assist with delivering onsite services as well as supporting our office administrative functions, based in Melbourne CBD and reporting to the Project Manager.

DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Injury prevention assessments and workplace observations
- Supervise, plan, evaluate, and implement executive health and exercise programs for clients
- Take patient histories and conduct physical examinations
- Conduct musculoskeletal and fitness testing
- Delivery of health and wellness initiatives
- Delivery of training services
- Event coordination and support
- Administration duties
- Communication and liaison with clients
This position will provide opportunity to learn and develop new skill, being part of our diverse Site Services Team, you will have exposure to wellness, onsite medical services, drug and alcohol testing, injury management and our national flu program.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the successful candidate, you will hold the necessary Exercise Physiologist qualifications to deliver some or all of the services as listed in the responsibilities.
Other requirements for the position are:
- Experience in Return to Health Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
- Experience working in a variety of environments and locations
- A valid driver licence and have access to a vehicle
- Flexibility with your hours of work, and be willing to travel to client sites in both metropolitan and regional locations
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail
- Accreditation with ESSA
