About the role

In this role, you will provide a high level of executive support to our Executive Director Capital and Infrastructure and our Executive Director for Public Affairs and Communication, as well as their direct reports and teams.

The Executive Director for Capital and Infrastructure is responsible for all capital projects and asset management. The Executive Director for Public Affairs and Communication is responsible for communication and media.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient and effective executive support is provided to the Executive Directors and their teams.
  • Extensive diary management.
  • Managing a large volume of meetings and visits and providing administrative support to events as required.
  • Developing and maintaining electronic filing systems.
  • Attending meetings and providing administrative support as required.
  • Placing orders for consumables or equipment required.
  • Managing documentation for approval in accordance with organisation delegations.

About you

You are an experienced EA or PA with a flexible, can-do attitude and strong organisational, communication and time management skills.

Your proactive approach and ability to think on your feet when responding to changing demands serve you well when working in a dynamic environment.

Your personal style enables you to build rapport, credibility and trust quickly. You deal with difficult matters in a professional manner at all times, and you are able to work under pressure when certain situations arise.

Previous administrative experience in a large, complex organisation is preferred but is not considered essential.
