As a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Strategy& team your impact will be seen by:

About you

As part of our team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Ability to draw well-integrated conclusions and insights from analyses
  • Ability to identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations
  • Generates key hypothesis and identifies data requires for hypothesis testing
  • Generates efficient and realistic individual work plans
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively, raise issues and likely points of controversy in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to the client's agenda, perspectives and culture
  • Ability to build productive relationships with client team
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with client team both at the junior and senior level
  • Ability to establish responsive yet realistic deadlines and manage the expectations around them
  • Accept clients work schedules and manages against them
  • Ability to build consensus and trust among client team members
  • Demonstrates appreciation of alternative ideas and approaches
