About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join out newly formed Talent Acquisition team. Ideally you will have either agency and/or inhouse experience where you have developed skills and experience in supporting a busy team of Consultants.

The role requires strong attention to detail and customer focus and the ability to work closely with the TA team, understanding and supporting them to meet their deadlines and priorities.
As the trusted ‘go -to' person for the TA team you will coordinate the end - end recruitment, selection and appointment processes, including preparing and posting advertisements; maintaining timely management of position status on the applicant tracking system (Springboard); communication with candidates and distribution of selection documentation to hiring managers and the administration of background checks.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience as Talent Acquisition Coordinator and be able to provide advice and support to a range of internal clients and stakeholders on recruitment and selection processes.

A strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems through to reporting functionality will be advantageous.
