We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced property manager to join this close-knit team! You would be looking after a well-maintained portfolio with fantastic administration and leasing support and a system that takes care of 85% of your admin role and with properties which are located within a small radius of the office (no more long drives!)
 
As an experienced Property Manager, we are looking for an ambitious, driven and FUN member to join this dynamic team located in Melbourne's north west.
 
The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties 
• LATEST automated Property software to reduce time spent on admin/database management
• Loads of Administration support
• Day off on your Birthday
• Opportunity to grow into a Team Leader

About You:

• Min 2 years experience managing your own portfolio 
• Agents Representative Certificate essential 
• Reliable car and Drivers Licence
• Ability to Problem solve, mediate and negotiate 
• Can-do and positive working attitude
• Professional, punctual and reliable
