Wellbeing Project Officer
People and Culture
Part-time - Fixed Term
60.8 hours per fortnight

As the Well Being Project Officer with us you will require experience in coordinating complex projects involving a range of stakeholders. You will be outcome drive and ensure that program KPI’s, reporting requirements and all day to day operational targets are completed.

You will need to demonstrate empathy and understanding as the role requires you to support our staff and broader community. Your ability to build relationships will be paramount in delivering the quality service we expect.

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, listen, and rely information. A proven history of project management is essential in this role.

We are looking for a person who thrives working in a fast paced and varied work environment. Has good judgement, can multi task and the ability to adapt with competing demands. Proven computer skills are essential for this role. Previous experience and understanding of wellbeing programs in the health environment is highly desirable.
