We are currently looking to employ a casual chef to join a great kitchen team. Lancemore Milawa is in the heart of the King Valley and is one of the regions leading boutique hotels.

About The Role:

• Successful high quality award winning hotel, catering for leisure, conference and wedding guests 
• Assist with Conferencing and Events along with other departments as required.

About You:

• To flourish in this role, you will have a flair for cooking, a passion for delivering high quality food made with love and you will thrive in a hands on role where you can take charge when flying solo:
• Have a knack for high quality taste and presentation of all cuisine
• Have impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth sailing even during the 'mad rush' periods 
• Team player, great personality and passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our award winning boutique product
• Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively
• Positive mindset and a can do attitude
• An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
