Let’s talk about the role

This role, under Chief Data Office, is responsible for building and maintaining Credit Risk related reporting and data across both Australia and New Zealand. It will focus on the delivery of risk reporting of the consumer business across products on a timely basis and responsible for management & maintenance of underlying data to support the report production.

  • To maintain a high level of service to the stakeholder and report end-user with regards to timeliness and reliability of reports production.
  • To ensure production of data supporting the reports is properly maintained and produced on time.
  • Take an active role in managing data process to support the smooth production of Credit Risk reporting.
  • To be the primary contact point as requested for credit risk reporting and data inquiry.
  • Support the ongoing review and enhancement of credit risk reporting suites.

You will lead and support any development & project that impacts credit risk reporting & data – inclusive of data migration, data testing and verification. This role will suit someone who the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and work under pressure to achieve deadlines and have a strong commitment to adhering to regulatory compliance.

  • You have a high level of SAS analytical expertise and advanced level of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • You have proven experience in developing automation codes using Python and reports using Microsoft Power BI and AWS based Snowflake Cloud DWH
  • You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with capabilities to articulate complex analytical information
  • You can analyse data for defects, test and debug programming errors to maintain the data quality
  • You have proven experience in providing analytical and insights on consumer business across products
  • You have a background in Credit Reporting and other data functions
  • You’re able to drive a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across team members to accelerate capability development
  • You can track and manage projects using Jira, collaborate with stakeholders and team using Confluence.
