Our client is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to create and implement an enterprise-wide business process ownership model. The role will provide end-to-end leadership of processes and accountabilities, support ongoing service delivery, and support future process improvements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing advice, guidance, and support to the broader organisation
  • Understanding the business process management structure of the organisation
  • Incorporating feedback and comments to develop improvements
  • Identifying business issues and future opportunities for development
  • Making appropriate recommendations to senior stakeholders for process ownership models
  • Oversee the production of quality and integrated process maps

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience developing end-to-end business frameworks with strong facilitation and project management skills. Your written and verbal communication style is adaptable, and you are confident working with senior stakeholders.

Your methodology toolkit will ideally include Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum and/or Continuous Improvement.

A background working in Higher Education, Financial Services, HR Processes, Marketing and Communications or Recruitment is highly desirable.
