Our Brand Tracking service helps set the course for brands and tracks the impact of brand touchpoints on the activation journey. We pull together multiple data sources, delivering people-centric measurement systems, built on our knowledge of how people choose brands, providing actionable guidance for growth.

This role will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for client on day to day project basis, responding to queries on project management and broader business issues/analysis.
  • Managing projects from commissioning through to final report conclusions, including drafting costings.
  • Finalising and customising questionnaires.
  • Managing/Monitoring job finances (billing schedules, invoicing, accruals, end dates).
  • Carrying out analyses and translating business issues for clients.
  • Preparing reports, reviewing commentary and presenting back to clients.
  • Translating business issue into analysis and talking client through results and recommendations.
  • Supervising and training less experienced team-members on projects.


We are looking for ambitious, experienced, client facing researchers. We’re looking for professionals at various points of their careers with intellectual curiosity and passion for delivering impactful outcomes. Sufficient and relevant professional research experience to fulfil the expectations of the role includes:

  • Tertiary qualified in psychology, marketing, economics or business; and a minimum of 3 years' research experience
  • Experience in advertising/tracking/copy testing area preferable and exposure to statistics and research techniques will serve you well.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, well-developed organisational and analysis skills and a proven ability to work effectively under time pressure to deliver quality work that meets and even exceeds client expectations.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and working competence with Q and SPSS.
