JOB DESCRIPTION

The team is seeking a decisive, proactive and responsible Business Analyst with excellent consultancy and stakeholder management skills, a consistent focus on the customer / end user's vision and a holistic understanding of how to deliver business outcomes.

Reporting to the Manager – P&C Systems, the Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the successful identification, analysis and capturing of business requirements.

Key to the success of this role is the ability to examine in detail and understand business needs, propose practical solutions to problems and use appropriate, fit-for-purpose methods to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.

This role offers the opportunity for a skilled and experienced project delivery professional to be a valued member of the P&C team and contribute to building a strong project delivery culture within DELWP.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Qualifications in business analysis and agile delivery (preferred)
  • 3+ years Agile projects (preferred) with 5+ years of project delivery experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in eliciting, identifying and capturing business processes along with process improvement skills (mandatory)
  • Experience with project implementing PeopleCentral or other similar Learning Management System (mandatory)
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder identification and engagement
  • Subject matter experience in HCM Applications – specifically SucessFactors

This is a fixed term position available up until June 2022.
