The Opportunity to be a Changemaker

This role acts as the daily face of Little Things Café, delivers friendly, efficient service and creates a welcoming and warm atmosphere for all customers, with the aim of retaining a loyal customer base and attracting new customers to the venue.

Some of the Key Accountabilities include:

  • Take all direction from café manger and/or head barista
  • Follow procedures for all tasks as set out by café manager and head barista
  • General cleaning duties
  • General service duties
  • Good product knowledge/ menu knowledge

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous hospitality or deli experience is essential
  • Excellent customer service
  • Café point of sale and inventory systems Food and drink preparation
  • Front of house duties
  • Flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

What you need to know

This role is casual position and will be based at Little Things Café in Blackburn, Victoria. We trade Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 3pm.
