We are recruiting for a Business Assistant

About The Client
Our client is a well-established regional media company that continues to grow, employing over 200 people across Victoria and southern New South Wales.

About the Role
The full time, ongoing role will encompass the following:

  • Running the office
  • Scheduling tasks for the General Manager
  • Reconciling credit cards and other expenses
  • Liaising with contractors including maintenance and cleaners
  • Office First Aid (must have minimum Level 2 first aid or willing to get one)
  • Debtors and Creditor reports
  • Customer Service

About You
The right person will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An outgoing personality that enjoys getting involved in a variety of activities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and with limited supervision
  • Ability to multitask
