Our values are accountability, integrity and respect, and underpin everything we do.

DIRECTOR, SECTOR ENGAGEMENT AND INSIGHTS

  • Key executive leadership role
  • Support the COVIDSafe return of the Victorian events sector
  • Fixed-term (12 months)

The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) is seeking to appoint a Director, Sector Engagement and Insights to drive engagement and negotiations with event proponents and peak sector organisations to support the COVIDSafe restart of Victoria's events sector, and ensure events are delivered in line with public health directions and with appropriate infection control measures.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Public Events Team, this role leads a high-performing and specialist team which engages with event stakeholders and supports development and review of their COVIDSafe Event Plans.
