The Team

You will be reporting to the CRM Manager. The team's purpose is to deliver market leading experiences and generosity through CRM. We are a collaborative team, our secret to success is having each other’s back and ensuring we are one step ahead of the game.

The role

The CRM Campaign Executive will be responsible for bringing customer obsession to life by designing and delivering effective momentum and retention campaigns, ensuring we are with more customers in key moments throughout their punting experience.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Retention Strategy;

  • Manage proactive contact strategy for business projects, creating an industry leading program that generates customer love and business growth
  • Engage the broader business on our momentum and retention activity across seasonal big events on the sporting calendar, ensuring engagement and endorsement of priority outcomes

Performance Management;

  • Understand the drivers for business performance and use this knowledge to optimise our CRM growth and retention activity
  • Work with our Strategy Team to understand punter behaviour around seasonal sporting events and milestones, then use this to inform future campaign design and targeting

Multi-channel campaign delivery;

  • Champion the customer at every stage of their journey with us through meaningful campaign segmentation
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience across a broad digital CRM suite, including email, SMS, push and Sportsbet owned Platforms.

Innovation;

  • Pursue new ways to gain cut-through with customers through inventive creative and channel activity

Project Management;

  • Represent the CRM team on relevant cross functional working groups to increase customer retention ahead of major events and product launches.

You

  • Experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing CRM campaigns,
  • Genuine love for customers and finding more ways to meet their expressed and unexpressed needs
  • Experience in designing customer journeys and building campaign workflows using CRM automation tools (desirable)
  • A great connector who uses their strong communications skills to build and maintain relationships with both business and technical specialists
  • A curiosity to explore new ways of doing things by asking questions and tackling problems that create new opportunities
