This leading Not for Profit organisation has been in Victoria for over 90 years, continually working towards a brighter future within the local community.

Your new role
You'll be the new office manager responsible for everything to ensure the successful and smooth running of the administration and office systems. Your duties will include:
You’ll be the first point of contact for liaising with staff, visitors, stakeholders and clients
Manage and maintain meeting rooms, facilities and office equipment
Monitor and record expenses, and perform account reconciliations
General office administration as required
Provide daily management, KPI’s, coaching and mentoring to a team
Troubleshoot and ensure solutions are reached for IT issues
Stepping up to help the team as needed; this is not a role for someone who waits for work to come to them

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will be required to have the below skills and experience:
Extensive experience using the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
Proven experience with stakeholder management
Proven examples of success in your work history regarding organisation and planning
Proven examples of working in fast paced environments
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the office
A positive and upbeat personality with the ability to positively influence others
