Hays are seeking enthusiastic RG146 & QA experienced candidates for an exciting 3-month remediation project.

We are interested to hear from reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to join our Financial Services case assessment team which focuses on banking, insurance and wealth management clients.

Your new company

This firm are well established in Financial Services and have a strong presence in the remediation space nationally. They currently have a new project coming up and are looking for Case Assessors to join the project on an initial 12-month contract. They have offices here in Melbourne CBD and have a dynamic work culture

Your new role

• Provide coaching, technical assistance and advice to both junior and experienced team members.
• Identify and communicate any technical issues, or scope for business improvements, to the Team Lead.
• Provide assistance to Team leads in performing ad-hoc reporting to management as required.
• Successfully manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Prior experience in an Advice Compliance, Advice Quality Assurance or file audit environment would be desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed within this role, you must have previous experience with remediation and RG146 qualified. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind are key! Leadership capabilities are also highly desirable. The basis of the role is to ensure a high-quality output from the team - this will include quality checking, process improvements and being an escalation point within the team
