About the role

Collaborate with our growing Accounting team working alongside other awesome and commercial professionals. This newly created, permanent full-time opportunity reports directly to our Director of self-managed super funds.

We’re a rapidly growing team on the look-out for Melbourne’s best talent to join us through this exciting period of growth. Our mission is to build a highly integrated community of exceptional minds who can work together to challenge industry norms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist all department team members with client and ATO information requests
  • Corporate Services including but not limited to new entity & business setups/registrations, corporate compliance, annual reviews etc
  • Organising travel arrangements and assist to plan, organise and manage firm wide networking and social events
  • Promptly attend to incoming phone calls within the department and assist clients with general queries
  • Support the administration team where required

  • At least 12 months administration experience (within a professional services firm would be preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
  • Highly effective time management and personal organisation skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and confidence to interact with a range of clients
