Qualifications & experience
- Basic Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in MULI preferred but not a must.
- Be self motivated and have willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly and reliable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- End of year duties
- Bank guarantees
- Timesheet management for payroll
- Induction of new staff
- Manage employee files
- Overseeing of admin such as reception
