  • Driven and self motivated
  • Goal oriented
  • Highly organsised
  • Speedy learner who is able to pick up systems and procedures
  • Can work independently and be supportive in a team environment
  • Customer service comes natural to you
  • Possess impressive listening skills
  • Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Experienced in complaint resolution
  • Proven capabilities of dispute resolution and problem solving

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with stakeholders and offering support where required
  • Preparing quotes
  • Inbound and outbound calls to warm leads
  • Coordinating sales and bookings
  • Scheduling and booking appointments
  • Ability to grow and develop existing relationships
