Maid to Clean is a premium home clean company that provides the highest quality cleaning services to all Melbourne suburbs. With a rapidly growing team, they are looking for their next Scheduling and Customer Service superstar to join their team!

As a key member of the scheduling team, you will assist the Assignment Manager to ensure jobs are assigned in an efficient and timely manner. Excellent numerical, organizational and computer skills are a must to be successful in this position.

Successful candidates may come from an engineering or finance background/ discipline of study due to the high amount of processing numbers.

Description

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing high amounts of data and information to schedule cleaning teams to jobs in a timely manner
  • Customer service and administration duties such as answering customer calls and managing inquiries
  • Liaising with customers and cleaning teams to ensure the best solution is found when matching new bookings and re-allocating jobs
  • Management of several computer systems at once to complete duties
  • Reviewing existing schedules and optimising jobs as required to ensure efficiency

Profile

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have proven experience in a customer service/ and or administration role
  • Ideally have experience in planning, scheduling, or rostering
  • Have a numerical mind and love numbers
  • Be excellent with technology and computer systems - (booking systems is highly desired)
  • Stay cool and collected in a fast-paced environment and work well under time restraints
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be accurate when processing high volumes of data and information
