You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:

This is a role for those interested in growing, taking on new challenges and learning something new everyday. You will be a Standard Work Process (SWP) owner as part of our Organisation Pillar and incredible IL6S journey.

This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR generalist, or qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships, including the ability to work effectively with the business.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource principles, policies and best practices, as well as Employment Acts, Awards and Legislation.
  • Demonstrated high level of computer competency, including prior use of Microsoft Office suite and HRM systems and software. Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep organised, accurate and confidential records.
  • Proven ability to work independently and also as part of a cross-cultural, multi-disciplined and high-performing team.
  • Flexibility to juggle competing priorities in a fast-pace environment.
  • Ability to understand and improve the employee experience, by identifying the need, improving processes and taking initiative to drive improvements forward.
  • FMCG experience is desirable.

Job specific requirements:
  • End to end recruitment, including resume review, shortlisting, reference checking and coordination of interview panels, feedback and onboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction processes and exit interviews.
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, implementation, maintenance and reporting of HR processes and procedures.
  • Maintenance of employee documentation.
  • Manage internal HR enquiries, responding to information requests and ensuring confidential communication with business areas regarding HR processes.
  • Maintain HR systems, including records, files, registers, templates, and forms.
  • Generate HR reports and collate HR data with regular and ad hoc reporting as requested, and to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees & managers.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of performance management systems and disciplines.
  • To support employees to complete end to end employee lifecycle actions on the systems.
