What you'll do
Performance Analyst Graduates commence in February 2022 and will:
- Assist with conducting performance audits
- Deliver their work in line with quality standards and agreed timeframes and budgets
- Develop a depth of understanding of public agency practices and processes
- Build positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Exercise judgement in identifying and reporting potential audit issues
- Develop an understanding of auditing standards and guidelines, audit methodology and processes
- Actively pursue professional learning aligned with VAGO's goals
- Contribute to developing and delivering business improvement projects
Who you are
You're a student in your final year of tertiary studies (or have already graduated), preferably at a postgraduate level. We accept a wide range of academic backgrounds, including:
- The Arts (Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economics or similar)
- Law, Business, Health Science or related fields
- Highly developed communication and social skills
- Sound judgment skills and a willingness to use your initiative
- Resilience and maturity
- Alignment with the VAGO values of Respect, Collaboration, Innovation and Accountability
