The Role

The Strategy Associate will work in a high caliber team, interacting with many different parts of the organisation such as Product, Operations and Sales. As an integral part of the Enterprise Sales and Strategy teams, you will play an influential role in driving Airwallex's Enterprise growth through working with Enterprise Sales teams to define the commercial strategy, processes and tools. This role will see you developing perspectives on how top companies can leverage Airwallex's capabilities. You will also be responsible for developing attractive deal structures and articulating the value of our proposals while creating compelling C-level propositions.

You Will

  • You have a highly structured approach to analysis, developing strategies, commercial models, and client-facing output
  • You are success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for key deliverables
  • You consistently “go the extra mile” in your work
  • You work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions
  • You have the ability to synthesise and communicate in a simple but effective manner
Skills and experience you will bring;
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy/management consulting, investment banking or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required, bonus if you have experience creating commercial proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
